Position - Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Location - Milwaukee, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Temp to hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Starting Pay - $17-$19 per hour (Depends on Experience)

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and paying vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
-Accurately process invoices
-Reconcile statements and prepare/process payments to vendor
-Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports
-Data entry of records/invoices and purchase orders
Qualifications
-At least 1 year of accounts payables experience
-High school Diploma or equivalent
-Great oral and written communication skills
