JOB REQUIREMENTS: The AP Specialist will perform the day-to-day accounts payable duties as well as some additional customer service and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Receive AP invoices (email and physical) enter into system against PO and/or Job Orders Running credit cards Answering phones Administrative duties Other related duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred. 1-2 years of AP experience required plus additional administrative work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, Outlook). Vista Experience is a huge plus! Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
