Description: This project is very cool, working with high quality design group with our customer's digital department. Supportive team and this program is very lean. Operating with a start-up mentality. They would get to work on something brand new.
Responsibilities: - Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design communication skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

- FIGMA (Design tool)

Desired Skills: - Experience in working with multiple data streams
- Knowledge of component mgmt. and condition monitoring.
- Enterprise related and not ecommerce experience.
- Experience with enterprise B2B experience and not a customer facing tool.
Soft Skills Required: - Heavy attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Production ready designs exp, doing both conceptual and production ready designs.
- Ability to support the research team
Education & Experience Required: Degree or equivalent ( 3+ years' experience in User experience ) or Equivalent, they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification .
Masters degree with 3+ years' experience.
