Clayton Services is searching for an Accounting Specialist to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accounts payable and receivables.
Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months)
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hour
Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
• Review purchase orders and make adjustments where needed
• Process transactions
• Record journal entries
• Reconcile accounts
• Create reports and balance sheets
• Ensure bills are paid on time
• Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Assist with accounts receivable efforts
• Maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned

• A minimum of three years of accounting experience is required
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required
• Previous accounts payable and receivable experience is required
• Previous experience working with NetSuite is highly desired
