Clayton Services is searching for a Project Manager to join a thriving company in Houston, Texas. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing large capital projects.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $120,000-$170,000/year plus bonus

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage work done by internal and external resources in all project phases
• Create project plans and outline goals, activities, human resources, material resources, schedules, and more
• Project accurate project deliverables on time and budget
• Coordinate all activites according to project plan
• Client management inclduing approvals, meetings, and correspondence
• Administer and manage contractor and vendor contracts
• Maintain electronic project database
• Oversee cost control
• Estimate and prepare contract change orders
• Manage multiple project simultaneously in various stages of development
• Other duties as assigned

Project Manager Education and Experience:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field is required
• A minimum of three years of project management experience working on large capital projects is required
• EPC industry experience is highly preferred
• PMP Certification is highly preferred
