The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, including managing financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation.

- Data Entry : Record financial transactions into the company’s accounting system with accuracy.n
- Bank Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in accounts..n
- Filing and Documentation : Organize and maintain financial files, reports, and supporting documentation.n
- Support : Provide general administrative support to the accounting department and assist with audits as needed.n

Qualifications :

n - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus).n
- Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.n
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel).n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.n
- Good communication and organizational skills.n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.n
