Team Introduction
Effect team aims to inspire our users to record and express themselves through effects, driving user publish and social interaction across various TikTok and off-TikTok scenarios. With rich multimedia design experience, we provide creative effects, real-time effects, graphic effects, post-production effects, filters, beautifying, face shaping, Al images, etc. We also explore Al applications to simplify content creation for UGC across various topics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of content supply for effects design tools, including creative assets, engineering workflows, and template resources.
- Deeply understand multicultural perspectives and global aesthetics to ensure designs resonate with users across different markets while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Drive the integration of AIGC (Generative AI) technologies into effects design, enhancing creativity, intelligent functionality in tools and improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, etc.) to refine tool capabilities and empower creators to produce outstanding content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and user preferences, consistently innovating in effects design to deliver captivating visual experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Cultural Sensitivity: In-depth understanding of diverse cultural aesthetics and the ability to translate them into impactful designs.
- Creative Vision: Exceptional design sense and attention to detail, with a passion for crafting visually compelling effects.
- AIGC Knowledge: Proficient in generative AI technologies and their application in creative tools to advance innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effects Design Expertise: 5 years of experience in effects design, with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to merge creativity with technology.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
