About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. TikTok Shop re-imagines global commerce with rich content and endless joy.
We are looking for energetic product managers to join our TikTok Merchandise Product Shopping team. This team is responsible for creating the strategy, roadmap, and products for all of our merchandising needs on TikTok Shop. As a product manager for this team, you will be responsible for planning end-to-end merchandise products, including but not limited to SKU listing/category management, etc.
Key responsibilities
1. Responsible for the establishment of the inventory system. Support multiple inventory scenarios of Global e-commerce, output product planning and solutions, and drive continuous product iteration.
2. Be responsible for the out-of-stock rate. Empower merchants in multiple scenarios, stock alert/sales forecast and other capabilities to reduce inventory out-of-stock rates. Explore leading inventory scheduling logic and control strategies.
3. Investigate business needs, abstract business problems, provide long-term and short-term product solutions, and coordinate resources to complete follow-up function development and product testing.
4. According to user demands and products from other companies, continue to follow up product data and user feedback, think deeply about business development issues, and continue to iterate.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or above product manager working experience, participated in the whole process of product project approval, design, research and development, promotion and iteration.
2. Good product awareness, excellent systematic thinking and problem-solving ability, goal-oriented, high sensitivity and attention to key details, able to deliver mature/easy-to-use long-term solutions for users, and formulate product life cycle roadmap.
3. Excellent English ability, experience in international e-commerce is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, able to work in a complex environment.
