IntePros is proud to partner with its globally recognized and industry leading technology and supply-chain client to help identify a Technical Product Manager to join their team. The Product Manager is responsible for leading and driving complex, strategic business initiatives with significant cross-organizational impact. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively, and exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also excel at building strong cross-group working relationships, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate unwavering attention to detail.
In this role, the candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, defining and executing the overarching business development strategy across the corporate infrastructure services portfolio with minimal oversight. The ideal individual will bring a proven track record in technical infrastructure and the ability to apply that expertise to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a people-focused organizational leader, developing talent by sharing knowledge and skills, and serving as a mentor to others.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for collaboration across groups and functions.
- Establish and maintain a regular cadence of communications with both internal and external stakeholders for business, operational, and strategic reviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.
- Lead special or strategic projects, driving cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Define and implement high-impact frameworks, processes, and strategies that deliver measurable results and position the organization for long-term success.
- Clearly articulate ideas and initiatives to stakeholders, including advocating for opportunities at the VP level.
- Partner with other business units to influence strategic directions across new and existing business workstreams.
- Facilitate discussions around program direction, strategy, and resolving conflicts.
- Identify, develop, and implement efficiency opportunities and best practices to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
Role Expectations
- Analyze data across multiple mediums and sources, challenging assumptions as needed. Present findings and proposals to executives effectively.
- Oversee globally impactful corporate infrastructure programs and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational planning.
Day-to-Day Interaction
- Work is split roughly 50/50 between independent tasks and collaborative efforts, though this balance may vary.
- The immediate team consists of three close collaborators, with frequent interactions across the broader organization.
