Key Outcomes for Success:- Create and maintain comprehensive account plans
- Drive quota-building strategies and attainment through effective KPIs.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and timely renewals.
- Track and optimize outreach and engagement activities in HubSpot.
- Align commission planning with desired business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:- Design sales processes, including client outreach cadences, onboarding, and renewals.
- Establish best practices for account planning and territory optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing on GTM strategies for new products and markets.
- Develop a Sales Center of Excellence with resources like objection-handling guides.
- Assess and improve team efficiency and time allocation to key activities.
- Identify tools and dashboards (e.g., HubSpot) to enhance productivity.
- Design and manage incentive programs to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Track and report on critical sales metrics to leadership.
- Foster a community of leaders to share best practices and support high-potential team members.
Qualifications:- 3-6 years of relevant B2B experience in sales operations, strategy, or account management.
- Proven success in process and change management for scaling teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving business challenges.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Demonstrated solid performance in your current role with a passion for driving commercial success and building scalable processes.
What We Offer:- Salary ranging from $100,000-$110,000, with flexibility for the right candidate. Salary is dependent on skills and years of experience.
