A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and Senior Developers to understand and document requirements for new EPICs or initiatives.
  • Lead and manage requirements gathering sessions, ensuring comprehensive and actionable documentation is produced.
  • Create and refine detailed User Stories aligned with high-level requirements, ensuring readiness for sprint planning and execution.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to facilitate discussions, address ticket dependencies, and ensure cross-team collaboration for seamless project progress.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of tickets, consistently meeting targets for upcoming sprints.
  • Support pre-planning efforts by conducting in-depth analysis of business and technical requirements to determine solutions and stakeholder needs.
  • Review test plans to ensure acceptance criteria align with documented requirements.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing lessons learned and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Support operations by ensuring up-to-date documentation for third-party maintenance schedules, contacts, and escalation procedures.


What it takes:

  • Proven experience in Requirements Management, including developing and maintaining functional specifications and leading requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Strong ability to create, refine, and manage detailed User Stories, ensuring alignment with the Definition of Ready and maintaining backlog health.
  • Skilled in facilitating conversations and resolving blockers with third-party teams to meet project timelines and priorities.
  • Knowledge of process improvement strategies and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and enhancement.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting platform functionality, solution requirements, dependencies, and risks during quarterly and pre-planning sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with UX, Engineering, QA, and external teams to support accurate Level of Effort (LOE) estimates and project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively conveying findings, clarifying assumptions, and creating "How-To" documentation for post-go-live support.
  • Experience in reviewing test plans to ensure traceability to requirements and overall project objectives.
  • A proactive approach to operational support, ensuring all necessary third-party details are well-documented and accessible.


Salary:

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.

  • The beginning salary range for this role is $100,00 - $124,000
