About the role

At Highnoon, we are looking for an exceptional, experienced Sr. Designer who will help us deliver remarkable work for our clients. This role requires strong all-around design skills from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for the concept, design, production, and execution of digital and print collateral across all channels.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Design and serves as an integral member of the Experience Department. Members of the Highnoon Experience Department are focused on delivering effective brand experiences, dazzling designs and remarkable strategies that elevate the end customer experience. We have a positive, collaborative and fast-paced environment at Highnoon and demand the best from our design team.

What you'll do

• Working across client types to design and produce assets as assigned by the Director of Design
• Experience in brand identity, print, digital, and social media design
• Meeting deliverable deadlines
• Communicating across Agency teams in order to understand project strategy, goals, and deliverable objectives
• Staying up to date on design and UI trends and educating your fellow team members
• Ability to present designs and rationale to clients

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or similar experience
• 5-10 years of experience in design in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio for us to review - please include it in the form below. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Thorough Creative Suite skills (and the portfolio to prove it)
• Good understanding of social media, email design, responsive web design and UI/UX (knowledge of Figma is a big plus!)
• Bonus points for motion graphics capability
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects while maintaining flexibility
• Self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and take their learning into their own hands
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Hands-on, collaborative, and a can-do attitude
