- Leads teams of professionals providing PMO and Project Controls services on large projects or technical specialist recognised as an expert in their own area of expertise

- Implement and manage the Program from inception through to completion
- Set the overall direction for the Program and organize activities per the established mission and goals
- Ensure that the work is fully supported from a consulting standpoint in an integrated, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner
- Create and manage short and long-term Program goals and success criteria
- Develop a budget and operating or delivery plan for the Program in consultation with our delivery partners and client

- Facilitate various focus and function meetings about Program initiatives

- Direct accurate and timely reporting of Program status and performance throughout its life cycle
- Identify and analyze Program risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans

- Experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in Project Management
- Minimum of 4 years in Program Management
- Education:
- Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines
- Licenses OR Certifications:
- Holding recognized certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Membership with key industry Professional / Chartered Institutions
- Skills and Competencies:
- Has strong experience across all technical delivery requirements across program and project level set up and delivery requirements
- Demonstrates core strategic and delivery capability for setting up an organisation structure and integration with the customer / client vision and objectives
- Demonstrates core strategic and delivery capability for setting up effective project controls systems & procedures and the establishment of the Program Control Centre and digital capture of data and progress, cost and other relevant program data for central reporting purposes
- Strategic and Detailed understanding of construction methodology, innovative methods of delivery, technology, planning, delivery, site logistics, commercial & legal / contract issues;
- Strategic and detailed knowledge of MCS established processes and procedures by role;
