Job Description
DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas, is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for our growing National Accounts Facilities department! The manager working in this role will lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of Account Managers, who each have multiple direct reports. We are seeking a senior manager who has a minimum of (5) years of experiencing successfully managing other managers and their teams.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and general management of Account Managers including quality performance monitoring, improving processes, and development of employees
  • Ability to work in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
  • Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to decrease costs and increase profitability
  • Monitor operating budgets and action plans to meet those objectives
  • Review, evaluate, and measure employee performance against goals and standards. Conduct performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide counseling with targeted improvement action plan as needed
  • Develop relationships with our National Accounts customers; seek feedback, provide updates, and ensure their problems are resolved timely
  • Regularly attend and lead management or team meetings
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to drive sales
  • Review monthly financial/operational reports
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a team of managers
  • Minimum three (3) years of cross-functions experience with customer service, developing policies and/or product management.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in creating and managing budget projections and analyzing P&L's
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience in a high accountability culture and metrics driven environment
  • Must have a valid Driver's license and good driving record
  • Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP systems
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
