DH Pace Company is seeking a
Project Manager for our
Integrated Security Systems division located at our corporate office in Olathe, Kansas! We sell, service and install security system equipment for commercial customers.
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.
- Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.
- Complete responsibility of ensuring Access Control, CCTV and other related security products are properly installed and working to the customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
- Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
- Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
- Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems
- Responsible for financial success of projects.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experienced Project Manager/Commercial Security Systems.
- Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience
- Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization and project management skills are a must.
- Travel-Up to 25%
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License
