We are looking for a talented Partnership & Activation Marketer to further help us grow the earplug category and boost brand awareness. As Loop's US Partnership Marketer, you will play a key role in defining and negotiating new and relevant partnership opportunities with the aim of increasing problem & solution awareness in our biggest market whilst positioning our brand in a distinctive manner that drives brand preference and ultimately loyalty.
You will be responsible for closing partnership deals that align with business and brand objectives and strongly resonate with our target audiences in the US. You will be responsible for activating the brand through powerful and immersive brand experiences, both in an online and offline environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our in-house Studio team, other brand teams such as PR, Influencer marketing & Organic Socials, Product Design and Customer & Insights teams to get everyone on board with your project and amplify the partnership to its full potential. Aside from guiding the internal teams, you'll coordinate external agencies to ensure perfect execution of your project.
The ideal candidate should be solution-oriented, passionate about creating holistic brand experiences and should have strong negotiation skills, a creative mindset & be an excellent storyteller. We're looking for a team member that dares to think big, take bold initiatives and always stays curious. And that knows how to inspire other Loopers to do the same; continuously pushing boundaries & exploring new horizons together.
Partnership Marketer Responsibilities: - Drive growth for our category and brand through partnerships (focus on US, but will contribute to global projects)
- Negotiating partnership proposals based on scope, budget, and expected ROI
- Being the driving force, in aligning the full internal team around a partnership project and how it comes to life
- Coordinating US agencies to drive best-in-class brand executions, both on- & offline or hybrid
- Measuring & reporting on the performance of our partnerships
- Monitoring of partnership budget & product forecast accuracy
- Building strong relationships with current and future partners, representing our brand within the US landscape
Partnership Marketer Requirements: - Degree in business economics, marketing, communication or related field required
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a partnership manager or new business manager
- Strong understanding of marketing and business principles as well as negotiation tactics
- Good understanding of the full digital marketing mix, digital marketing tools and platforms & online customer journeys
- Experience in a DTC (direct-to-consumer) company is a strong plus
- Ability to both think creatively and strategically
- Charismatic and creative storyteller with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Loop takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, experience, skill sets, qualifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise. Please note the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package.
Base Salary Range
$95,000-$125,000 USD
