3D Animator at Bardel involves managing multiple tasks assigned by production. You will communicate closely with your team, attend daily meetings for feedback or approvals, and work towards completing your deadlines.

- You Ensure Client Satisfaction: You are responsive to client requests and have an eye for interpreting feedback

Here's how your application will be evaluated:
- We are working on a feature animated film, so having experience working at a high-quality level is important. Feature Animation experience will be given priority.
- Your demo reel needs to demonstrate a high-level of polish, strong character acting (comedy, subtle). Experience with quadrupeds and stylized acting is a bonus.
If you are invited to an interview, we will ask you to share experiences about the following:
- Your experience with Maya is a must have, but also, your ability to adapt to new tools and working methods
- In our hybrid studio, we seamlessly blend remote and in-person work, so your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams is essential
- We are creating the Directors vision, so you'll need to be able to receive creative direction and feedback
- We work as a team, so you will be encouraged to share your knowledge and experience with others whenever possible
BenefitsPay Range: CAD $1600 - $2100 per week
This salary range provided reflects our current expectations for these roles as of this posting's date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including your education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical location, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
