We are hiring a Marketing Communications Leader on our Consumer Vertical team to lead and manage the development of brand stories across all channels within the Steelcase Store experience. This role will center around the omni-channel experience in the Americas region, leading copy and content development while ensuring it executes with excellence.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Partner with marketers, designers, content creators and team leadership to develop stories that strengthen the connection Steelcase has with consumers at every touchpoint
• Working with partners to align on marketing and creative strategy, as well as collaborating with creative and cross-functional partners to drive consumer-focused content strategy and execution
• Be part of the team driving new ideas and approaches to the consumer journey and help push our creative and Brand forward
• Advocate for the Brand and be an expert on our products-translate that understanding into actionable content and consumer experiences
• Create customer-focused positioning and creative solutions that drive defined KPIs
• Support a test-and-learn environment by developing creative that is tested for efficacy and impact
• Present a clear vision of our work, building alignment with senior team members across multiple departments
• Partner with teams across Steelcase to bring creative marketing and advertising ideas to life
• Clearly articulate ideas into simple stories to bring team members on the journey

Who You Are:

You deeply understand how to create against integrated marketing plans. You have experience with omni-channel creative and have the ability to think strategically, as well as deliver high-quality output. You have a strong belief in the power of collaboration and teamwork and a commitment to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 of experience leading strategic marketing communication programs
• Proven experience of bringing marketing initiatives to life
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Digital platform or ecommerce experience
• Penchant for developing engaging, targeted content that resonates with different audiences
• Ability to work in an agile fast paced environment, often navigating several initiatives at the same time
• A critical thinker with strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
