DescriptionSteelcase is hiring a
Dealer Experience Consultant to continuously improve our dealer network engagement and partnership with Steelcase by organizing, enhancing, and developing events, supporting targeted communications, and fostering ongoing key connections.
What You Will Be Doing:- Balance strategic and tactical thinking to develop and enhance Steelcase and dealer connections and grow our partnership.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver robust dealer network-wide events, including the North America Dealer Conference (in conjunction with Events team) and Premier Partners Retreat, as well as recurring business connections such as Communities of Practices, VIP trips, dealer cohorts, policy and program releases, surveys, and unique project-based interactions.
- Develop strategies and KPI's to enable and measure the evolution and impact of our dealer connections.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute marketing and communication plans to effectively deploy your strategies.
- Leverage various software and platform solutions to develop, track, market, and communicate dealer experience connections.
Your Future Team:You will be joining a team of high-performance consultants whose mission is to develop strong, profitable, and sustainable dealer partners that deliver competitive advantage for Steelcase and serve our customers well.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in related field, advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years related business experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Channel or general business leading key projects and initiatives.
- Knowledge of Steelcase channel business practices, processes and best practices.
Desired Skills and Experience:- Skills with MS Office applications, Smartsheet, and Village web platforms/applications is a plus.
- Prior experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with internal and external stakeholders.
