Job Description
Title: PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Washington DC- Hybrid - Prefer local resources

Client: Health services- Federal

Rate: Market/Negotiable/ DOE

LOE: Not required

Responsibilities:
  • The Contractor shall develop and implement project management methods to coordinate all work under this contract.
  • These methods shall be used to ensure work is completed within or before expected timelines and budgets, efficiently, and that quality control procedures are implemented to meet the contract objectives.
  • The Contractor shall provide and maintain a SharePoint or Teams site to house all Salesforce related documents and technical artifacts.
  • Provide a project management plan (PMP) no later than five (5) business days after award that includes a work breakdown structure (WBS), performance metrics, activity schedule, staffing requirements, deliverable schedule, and milestone schedule.
  • The PMP shall also describe how the contract, assigned personnel, contract performance, and costs will be managed and controlled.
  • The Contractor shall maintain the project management plan and schedules using project tracking tools as directed by the government.
  • Provide an updated project management plan (PMP) no later than three (3) business days after the kick-off meeting based on the feedback and discussion from the kick-off meeting and updated every 2 weeks thereafter.
  • Support the OAPS project managers (PMs) in program/project management tasks related to the OAPS and/or OAPS customer projects.
