Position Summary: The Corporate Controller isresponsible for the financial reporting for the parent entities.

Essential Functions:

MonMonthly financial closing for the parententities including forward looking cash flow model
• Preparation of annual budget for the parentcompany.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliation.
• Responsible for cash management of the parentand 30+ subsidiary entities
• Work with outside tax firm for the year-endIncome tax process
• Responsible to working with variousjurisdiction for real estate and personal property tax

• Monitoring corporate Accounts Receivable to ensure the timely billing and collections
• Completing monthly bank reconciliations for the parent entities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Create stronger internal control along with the team
• Work with CFO on special projects

Education/Qualification:
• Theideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting orFinance.
• CertifiedPublic Accountant designation is strongly preferred along with experience inhospitality or real estate.
• Strongknowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and financial accounting system Sage 100

PhysicalRequirements
• Prolongedperiods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
