Spectra Tech has an immediate need for a Director of Environmental and Engineering (E&E) in our corporate office in Oak Ridge, TN.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct all activities in accordance with corporate values.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a business plan for E&E that meets key measures and profit goal established by Company President.
• Work with Company President and Senior Vice President on overall company financial management (including monitoring revenue margins and budgeting), corporate business plan and special issues.
• Maintain and establish relationships with clients, teaming partners, contractors, and E&E employees.
• Coordinate with Spectra Tech sales team to service existing clients and to strategically develop new clients.
• Serve as capture and technical lead for assigned proposals.
• Establish Spectra Tech as a recognized brand name for providing quality E&E services.
Education and Experience:
• Education: BS in Engineering. Any discipline, but mechanical, civil or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Experience: 20 years of experience preferred
• Certifications: Professional Engineering License preferred.
• Government contracting experience required
