Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing data, developing and implementing training programs, and utilizing technology to identify opportunities for process improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of operations, data analysis, and technology, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data, including segmentation, and practice scorecard.
• Use strong working knowledge of Salesforce to keep data clean and run reports for the practice.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
• Identify and leverage technology and AI opportunities to improve processes.
• Conduct process reviews and manage operational workflows.
• Prepare and present reports to the managing partner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented and coachable.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus: Up to 20%
