The Perlant is a private social club rooted in wine. We are building a community for our members through shared experiences and exceptional food, wine and hospitality

Our Club Receptionist plays an integral role in our hospitality team, setting the tone and acting as the first impression for all guests and members who enter our space.  With a love for hosting, passion for food and beverage, and a respect for all individuals, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and execute the highest level of service in our space.  

Key Responsibilities:

Member and Guest Relations:

• Greet members and guests upon arrival by name and ensure a warm welcome.
• Manage and confirm reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Provide concierge-level service, assisting with any inquiries or needs members may have.
• Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor to uphold our values and those of our members.

Club Operations Support:

• Ensure the facilities are properly set up and maintained, including dining areas, lounges, private dining rooms, and restrooms. 
• Monitor member satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently with excellent communication with management.
• Maintain detailed records of member preferences and update the reservation system accordingly.

Communication and Teamwork:

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with training and mentoring new staff to uphold our high standards of service.

Qualifications:

Additional Skills: 

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining practices is an asset.
• Experience in event planning and execution is desirable.

Work Environment:

• Evening, weekend, and some holiday shifts will be required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle light physical activity such as moving tables and chairs.
