The OP Therapist is responsible for providing therapy services to children, youth, adults, and families insured under the Oregon Health Program. The OP Therapist is responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients at their designated outpatient location. This role will provide consultation services and/or case management services to the community professionals who also support the client in order to support the overall mental health goals of the client.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Master's degree in a mental health related field.
* Current QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) certification.
* Driver's license to drive to clients' homes.
* Communication skills to acknowledge the needs of others and recognize various points of view.
* Skills to interact collaboratively with others based on what is in the best interest of the client/resident.
Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook experience preferred.
A background check will be conducted through ODHS.
Job Duties:
* Provide individual and/or family therapy on a regularly scheduled basis.
* Fulfill all clinical documentation standards and timelines in accordance with Medicaid regulations and employer policies.
* Participate in behavioral crisis management/intervention.
* Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans for each client according to standards utilizing evidence-based practices.
* Provide on-going assessments of client's progress toward stated treatment goals and communicate with client on a regular basis.
* Perform file reviews quarterly.
* Observe all agency policies and procedures.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies, the public, and clients.
* Maintain high ethical standards with regard to treatment and client confidentiality.
* Assist in marketing the program and its services to build clientele and relationships within the community.
* Show willingness to assist other agency programs as needed.
* Meet or exceed program productivity requirements.
* Attend agency based and community based scheduled meetings as assigned.
* Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Hours: 40 per week, day shift.
Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. $5000 sign-on bonus. Benefits: Medical, vision and dental insurance. Paid sick leave, vacation and holiday pay.
