Compensation: $22.50/hr to start, with the potential for an increase upon conversion to a salaried position.
Availability: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, primarily 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, although exceptions can be accommodated. Flexible hours are available between 7 AM PST and 5 PM PST.

This role involves working in an office environment rather than a loading dock or warehouse, and it is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Shipping and Receiving department. Located in the Fremont District in Seattle, this position offers an exciting opportunity for growth, with potential transfers to other departments after 1 to 2 years for those who excel. You'll be at the center of their operations, coordinating the activities of a dedicated team involved in material handling, shipping, storage, and transportation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conditions of shipments
- Receiving and inspecting returned products
- Determining shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
- Arranging transportation that optimizes service and cost
- Inspecting incoming materials and notifying appropriate staff of potential quality issues
- Directing movement of shipments to appropriate work areas
- Reconciling shipping invoices while entering shipping costs into CRM.
- Notifying project managers and account managers of unreturned rental equipment while receiving
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and basic computer knowledge are a must
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
- Prior Operations or Logistics experience is a plus
- Desire to have a career in Logistics or Ops is a plus
- Skills in Google Suite, Salesforce, ClickUp, Notion, or Slack are a plus
