We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onsite Coordinator to join our team and support our daily office operations of a client of ours located in Poughkeepsie, NY. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our Operations and Logistics team and ensuring efficient processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Monitor to ensure all routes are covered, driver check in is complete and communicated to the customer

Monitor and communicate route changes to Dispatch department and drivers

Communicate any delays and/or problems to the customer and Dispatch department

Inspect vehicles to ensure customer specifications are met

Work directly with drivers to resolve any problems on the road

When necessary will reroute or run routes to ensure on time execution

Monitor driver compliance with all customer regulations

Complete daily service reports as required by the customer

Create and process administrative reports and paperwork as directed

Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

Great attention to detail

Ability to multi task and work on deadline driven tasks

3-4 years experience in similar role

Pay rate - $20- $22/hr
