Job Description

Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Contracts Counsel who is client-focused, organized and has a team-oriented approach. This is a temp-to-perm, hybrid position and applicants must be able to commute to the company’s office in Chicago. Must also have at least 5 year of technology contracts review experience.


Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in any US state .
  • Minimum of 7 years of legal experience , time spent working in an in-house legal department is a plus.
  • At least 5 year of relevant work experience focused on contracts review, prior experience working in the IT/software/technology industry is a plus .
  • Familiarity with contract review for alignment with product terms and budget.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
  • Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.

  • Interact with company departments and colleagues to provide legal services on various matters.
