IP Hatch Waxman Litigation Attorney

Our client is a major international firm, seeking associates with 2+ years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in New York or Los Angeles. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $435k.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of law firm experience in IP litigation, with a focus on Hatch Waxman litigation.
• Experience in drafting briefs and engaging in all phases of fact and expert discovery.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical patent law and deep understanding of the Hatch Waxman Act.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Excellent legal research skills.
• Technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or related fields are highly preferred.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
