Life Sciences IP Litigation Attorney

Our client is a premier international firm, seeking a mid-level associate (class years 2020-2022) for its Life Sciences IP Litigation team in New York, Boston, or Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $435,000.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of life sciences IP litigation experience.
• Law firm experience representing innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP litigation.
• Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation.
• Life sciences background, including a degree in Chemistry or Biology, or related discipline.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or eligibility to become admitted.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
