Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate for its IP Litigation practice in New York, Washington, DC , Boston, and East Palo Alto. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $260k.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of IP litigation in a law firm experience , including preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials; conducting legal research on IP laws; drafting legal documents (pleadings, motions, and briefs); assisting in the preparation of discovery requests and responses; and participating in case strategy development.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, experts, and team members to gather and analyze evidence; maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation; and stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends in IP litigation.
• A degree in electrical engineering or computer science, or related degree, is a plus but not required for the role.
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team focused.
