Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Assist in trial preparation, including depositions, hearings, and motions.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
- Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies and tactics for cases.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: Current Minnesota Bar License (in good standing).
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
