We are an Award Winning, Immigration Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 1+ years of immigration experience. We are looking to hire ASAP.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an immigration attorney
• Experience with US Immigration
• Must have your JD and be in good standing

Responsibilities:

• Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies
• Take ownership of a client's case – federal immigration proceedings, from consultation to the end of the case
• Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work
• Take ownership of existing cases and start immediately working with existing clients
• Full-service immigration services: family immigration, employment immigration, deportation defense
