Our client, the leader in the SaaS Identity space has an outstanding Corporate Communications Manager opportunity to join their dynamic team.
This is a hybrid position with required onsite as needed in San Francisco office for company wide meetings.
Contract Duration: 7-Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Leads and advises high-impact Internal change communications:
- Strategy & VMTs
- People (RIFs, reorgs, exec hires / departures, performance reviews/rewards)
- Campaigns & announcements (new hiring strategy, company-wide awards, new policy, etc.)
- Crisis & issues management
- First-line reviewer for two Internal Comms Specialists:
- First-line review for all content drafted by junior employees (emails to leaders and partners, Company All Hands materials, etc.)
- Oversight of coordination with leaders and comms partners on campaigns and initiatives (monthly video series, BT comms, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to jump in and hit the ground running. Does not need a lot of direction and oversight to get tasks done.
- Ability to engage with and influence leaders and key comms partners.
- An understanding of the client’s business, along with experience working with cloud and/or SaaS companies.
- Highly collaborative.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects and deliverables.
