Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Superintendent at Plescia Construction & Development in Morristown, NJ, with flexibility for working in New York City. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Qualifications

• Construction Management - via schedule creation/upkeep, ongoing trade coordination, and managing the submittal and RFI process
• Experience in overseeing construction projects and managing subcontractors
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Proficiency in construction software and tools - such as Procore
• Ability to complete fast track schedules on time with minimal punchlist
