This role involves performing various accounting tasks, including timecard entry, employee data setup, reconciliations, and providing employee support. Comprehensive training is provided for this position.nnThis position follows a hybrid work model, with a combination of remote and in-office workdays.nnDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nn?nnFrequently interacts with employees via phone and email, providing timekeeping support and guidance consistent with Company policies and procedures.nnProcesses timecard corrections by reviewing submissions for compliance and completing the data entry timely and accurately.nnParticipates in weekly labor processing in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.nnAssists with the calculation and reconciliation of special payments.nnRecommends and initiates procedures to improve efficiency of internal processes.nnExecutes moderately complex queries and reports from accounting systems for labor, payroll, and other reconciliations, noting any inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies and exceptions.nnMaintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.nnPerforms other duties as assigned or required to support the goals of the Labor Accounting department.nnParticipates in the research and analysis of accounting entries and initiates appropriate adjusting entries that will maintain integrity of accounting records.nnWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.nn47494nnJob Qualifications:nnTypically requires a high school diploma and four or more years of progressive experience in an accounting department or a related field.
