Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of club administrative processes, e.g. daily sales and cash reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.

General Responsibilities: - Maintains reviews and presents accounts receivable and membership information using independent judgment and discretion in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP"). This control is relied on by offsite and senior management to ensure accurate financial statements at the consolidated level, as offsite has no direct access to this information.
- Perform all duties pertaining to Accounts Receivable position including balancing and processing the daily sales and uploading to Oracle, posting payments, tracks Cash Receipts, processes ACH payments, and credit card charges and payments. Including initiation and communication of monthly Member billing.
- Manage the petty cash and cash bank procedures along with the daily close and cash deposit activity.
- Manage scheduling and close of payroll through department heads; generate and distribute pay checks.
- Employee Partner payroll file maintenance including entering of new hires, updates and salary changes in Oracle, including quarterly EP verification process and applicable file maintenance.
- Responsible for accurately processing commissions, service charges, and lesson pay as a component of payroll, as well a miscellaneous pay components as approved.
- Perform all vendor reconciliations and perform vendor calls
Qualifications: - 2-3 years of accounting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or an accounting role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
