Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Mira Loma, CA
Salary: $22 - $27 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching, and experience using Navision or a similar ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents using 3-way matching.
  • Enter and code invoices accurately into the ERP system.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Proficiency in Navision or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
