Summary
In this role as part of the Design Team, you will play a vital part in shaping the user experience and interface design, utilizing your skills and expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces. Your contributions will ensure the delivery of high-quality results to our global user base, promoting user satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the user experience and interface design across the product suite, ensuring an intuitive, seamless, and cohesive user journey.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant and impactful design solutions that enhance user engagement.
- Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive informed design decisions and anticipate user needs.
- Keep current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, proactively integrating insights to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Lead iterative design processes, leveraging feedback from stakeholders and usability tests to refine and optimize designs.
- Create visually compelling, on-brand interfaces that elevate the user experience and align with the company's design standards.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets, ensuring they are prepared and ready for seamless implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 5 years experience in product design or related field
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as prototyping tools and techniques.
- Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
