Position: Field Service Manager

Location: Owasso, OK

Pay: Starting at $80,000/year

Experience:

• Five (5) Years of experience in field service installation and commissioning of boilers and related equipment.
• Must have welding experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

ProRecruiters is seeking a Field Service Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Handle scheduling and staffing for projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to address scheduling and scope requirements.
• Approve employee hours and submit them to HR for payroll processing.
• Submit invoices to accounting, identifying billable work versus warranty services.
• Understand departmental operating procedures and job task requirements.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement within the scope of the role.
• Oversee field activities, including warranty repairs, installation of new field equipment, and piping projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and service technicians to address scheduling and warranty issues.
• Assist with planning activities and their integration into the workplace.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all relevant staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a small team.
• Strong management skills and extensive field service customer experience.
• Knowledge of ASME codes related to welding processes, including FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW, is a plus.
• Proficiency in blueprint interpretation and mathematical skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally, up to 25%.
