Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate - Location Flexible

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Corporate practice group. The firm is open to considering candidates in the following locations: Washington DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin, New York City, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Naples, Tallahassee, and West Palm Beach.

Overview:

As a Corporate Associate, your role will be centered on managing M&A and private equity transactions.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience
• Solid grasp on transactional processes and negotiations
• Prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
