Desired Skills and Experience:

Covid vaccinated

3 years min of Desktop Support Enterprise level experience

MAC experience

Window 7 or greater and MAC 10/10 or greater

Strong Imaging and migration experience

Technology Background: Active Directory, MS Office, Outlook, o365, device connectivity, VPN, Networking, Ghost, SCCM, Server, Linux/Unix



Plusses:

Previous Healthcare, University experience

Any Lead Experience (projects or team)

Bachelors Degree

MAC hardware experience is a plus



Job Description:

A client is looking for a Desktop Support technician in the Philadelphia, PA area. They are looking for an experienced person with minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop Support. This person will be preforming break fix support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, helping in a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration and resolving tickets in a 50% PC and 50% MAC environment. They are looking for individuals that focus on customer service and problem solving. They need people that think on their feet and communicate clearly issues.


Compensation: $47,000 - $50,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
