Job Description:
A client is looking for a Desktop Support technician in the Philadelphia, PA area. They are looking for an experienced person with minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop Support. This person will be preforming break fix support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, helping in a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration and resolving tickets in a 50% PC and 50% MAC environment. They are looking for individuals that focus on customer service and problem solving. They need people that think on their feet and communicate clearly issues.
Compensation: $47,000 - $50,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
