Hybrid role in Hartford CT. Our client is seeking an IT Project Coordinator.

Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Assist Program/Project Managers with tracking project activities in MS Project.
- Gather and consolidate project status from multiple workstreams and update various status reporting mechanisms (Clarity and multiple reporting PPT decks)
- Assist PM in tracking project financials in Clarity.
- Track the team’s adherence to the IT Project Methodology documentation. Assist PM in creating project artifacts.
- Work proactively ahead of Project Audits to ensure Project artifact compliance.
- Assist with creation of Steering Committee and Portfolio Review PPT decks
- Set up meetings, create agendas, take/distribute meeting notes, follow up on action items.
- Understand project details and the interdependencies
- Keep Project requirements, documentation and status up to date in Azure DevOps
- Assist with vendor invoicing process by confirming invoiced hours against time entry in Clarity and work with multiple vendors on any necessary reconciliation
- Input Statements of Work and Changes Requests into our financial invoice tracking system (Coupa) and confirming that hours charged on incoming invoices match time entered into Planview and confirm total dollar invoice amounts (SOW/CR rates x hours worked). Once confirmed process invoices to enable vendor payments.
- Input resource time as provided by vendors into Clarity for vendor resources as needed.
Experience Requirements:
- 6 + years of experience
- Project Management Experience
- Excel and pivot tables
- Clarity, Planview or like PPM tool
- Microsoft Project, PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable of an Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Agile tool such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally
- Proactive, takes initiative, accountable, self-motivated
