Orthodontic Practice Manager
About the Role:
As a Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to make key decisions that shape the success of the practice. You’ll collaborate with our team of doctors, clinical and administrative leaders, and help maintain a fun, supportive work culture. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, fostering strong relationships with both the team and patients, and ensuring smooth practice management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Culture Leader – Own and drive the practice culture, aligning team efforts with our mission, vision, and values.
- Practice Operations – Manage office protocols, calendars, and communications to keep things running smoothly.
- KPI Management – Track and manage bonus structures, team performance, and practice KPIs.
- Team Management – Handle payroll, accountability, recruiting, reviews, and hiring in partnership with the Director of Operations.
- Compliance & Audits – Ensure all certifications, licensure, and compliance regulations are met.
- Training & Development – Onboard new team members, develop training materials, and implement training plans.
- Vendor & Financial Management – Oversee communication with third parties and manage invoicing and receipts.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting
- 1-2 years of orthodontic practice management experience
