Director IT Proposal Solutions Architecture
Lead the development of programmatic focused solutions to support business development opportunities and projects for assigned specialty client base. Provide expert advice on integrating contract and corporate solutions while linking delivery to growth goals and driving how we help employees and customers meet their needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Director IT Proposal Solutions Architecture : $146k - $250k plus annual bonus.
Pay commensurate with experience.

Director Solutions Architect Responsibilities Include:
- Provides guidance and oversight on all solutions presented to solve complex business issues.
- Leads our internal proposal team to anticipate needs of client and presents solutions collaboratively drafting complex, differentiated solutions to solve technical, contracting and program design challenges for the federal government.
- Navigates a proposal team through engagement and discussions with client and cross-functional teams.
- Builds and leads a proposal team that research, designs/engineers, graphically depicting and details out program/business solutions for proposals, projects or client marketing materials.
- Serves as the lead infrastructure architect for program, business-related opportunities and projects in identifying and providing solutions to solve complex business opportunities.
- Develops and maintains relationships to advance the corporate culture and become a sought-out resource for emerging challenges and issues.
- Maintains a robust understanding of the federal marketspace - evolving priorities, challenges, market trends and solution enhancement opportunities.
- Understands the competitive forces driving the federal market to ensure proposed solutions resulting in winning new business.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Director Solutions Architect Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in developing solutions and architectures for Federal Government RFP's (Will provide guidance on technical proposal submission).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in developing and supporting IT Infrastructure Environments -- including but not limited to on prem and cloud migrations and support.
- Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Must be US Citizen or Green card Holder (unable to sponsor)
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
