Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

Location: Richmond, VG

Industry: Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication and Erection

Core Function:

Oversee Miscellaneous steel projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, high-quality, and safe completion.

The Client:

A leading firm in commercial /Residential Miscellaneous steel construction, valuing employees as key to success.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate vendor proposals.
• Manage projects with formal planning techniques.
• Set and oversee project schedules and fabrication goals.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Communicate on production, financial, quality, and safety targets.
• Negotiate change orders and maintain client relationships.
• Plan resources for optimal capacity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of industry experience (5+ in project management, commercial fabrication preferred).
• Familiarity with AISC Manual and construction codes.
• Experience with Outlook, blubeam, core+ tools.
• CAD, Tekla, Trimble Connect would be advantages
