The Distribution Operations Specialist , under the leadership of the Distribution Operations Manager, will support multiple disciplines with a strong focus on customer service while managing a diverse range of decision making and take action to enhance cross-functional coordination and expand communications in all areas of Distribution.

The Distribution Operations Specialist will:

• Manage and oversee all vehicle management systems and distribution emails and phone inquiries to provide support to the dealership dealer body and dealership Field Team.
• Manage various Distribution systems including SAP and Portal application programs.
• Develop and conduct DD365 and Dealer Pipeline Management System (DPMS) training.
• Manage the process for handling damaged units.
• Administer and manage all vehicle program vehicles including the company evaluation unit program vehicles.
• Administer the day-to-day activities of company owned vehicles and other company owned assets.

Education and Experience required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; plus, four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance is a requirement. This position requires you to be punctual and dependable to meet the needs of the business; including attending and participating in local and remote meetings and presentations, as required.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Computer literacy – able to navigate and operate a computer proficiently (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, Internet Explorer). Able to understand the company financial and productivity measurements.
