Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented Legal Staffing Consultant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our legal staffing division, creating an effective bridge between legal professionals seeking alternative career paths and organizations requiring legal talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.

2) Identify skilled legal professionals suitable for a broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities.

3) Proactively source, recruit, and place legal professionals in permanent positions.

4) Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current legal job market and the specific needs of diverse sectors.

5) Conduct candidate interviews and match their skills and aspirations with the right opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1) A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal experience preferred.

2) Experience in recruitment or legal staffing is preferred.

3) Exceptional understanding of the legal industry.

4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6) Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
