Job Title: Member Services Representative (Customer Service Representative)
Location: Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office)
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Open-ended, long-term
Job Overview:
The ideal candidates will have experience in sales, outbound calls, and Salesforce. This role involves processing member requests via calls, chat, and email, with a primary focus on outbound membership renewal calls while also handling inbound service calls as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound membership renewal calls and handle inbound service calls with professionalism.
- Process member requests efficiently through various channels, including calls, chat, and email.
- Answer and manage an average of 50–70 member interactions daily.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in Salesforce for case management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and service members.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills for both outbound and inbound calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documenting interactions accurately in Salesforce.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
