Desired Qualifications:
- minimum 5 years of high-volume experience, preferably in French Cuisine
- excellent communication & culinary skills
- multi-lingual, Spanish speaking a huge benefit
Required Skills:
- Expediting expertise
- Scheduling, inventory and staff management
- High volume and fast paced experience a must
Compensation Details: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
