Grand Brasserie is seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join the team to lead our staff in this exciting new opening. Located in Grand Central terminal, one of the most visited destinations in New York, rich with history, architecture, a bustling shopping scene, and exciting entertainment, all under one roof!

Desired Qualifications:
- minimum 5 years of high-volume experience, preferably in French Cuisine
- excellent communication & culinary skills
- multi-lingual, Spanish speaking a huge benefit 

Required Skills:
- Expediting expertise 
- Scheduling, inventory and staff management
- High volume and fast paced experience a must

Compensation Details: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: Comprehensive health care package, discretionary bonus structure, paid vacation and
sick time
